Tournament Requirements
Official Tournament Requirements are thus follows:
- Minimum participation of 16 players
- One elected Tournament leader, preferably in Tech Club at VHS
- Tournament Registration must be complete and handed in at least a week before the event date.
These requirements are set in place for receiving prize money/items for your tournament at the VHS Tech Club LAN Parties. You're tournament prizes will be determined by the total amount of players in the tournament. The more people, the bigger the prize.
Anyone can still join tournaments in the beginning of the event but prizes will be set before the event starts and after pre-pay ends.
To register a game for a tournament you must contact the Tech Club on this website, in email to 'info'[at]vhstechclub.com, in person at school, or at one of the tech club meetings. You need to tell us your chosen tournament leader.
After it is approved your tournament will be placed on the prepay registration forms. At the end of pre-pay registration if your tournament does not reach at least 16 players, you will not receive funding. You are welcome to still conduct the tournament on your own time but it will not be endorsed by the club.
